Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

Cabin built mainly with salvage materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable accommodation for short or long stays. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, work on a project, play board games, go fishing or take a walk in nature (park, forest, vineyard). Breakfast and massages available.
