The house has a large outdoor living area: 200 m2 of terracotta terrace surrounding the house, this gives us 3 relaxation areas, in front of the house on the entrance side, on the kitchen side with a table and chairs for lunch or dinner, and one side in front of the sandpit. 80m2 of a sandpit. 90m2 of roof space. The terrace is equipped with a hard bench surrounding half of the area.
