Set in the beautiful countryside with fantastic views.We are a family run business and the lodge is on the edge of our working farm, there is always someone around if needed. Both of which have multiple pubs, restaurants and small shops. Perfect location for scenic walks, bike rides and visits to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. Pip's Hideaway is our gorgeous 1 bedroom pet friendly holiday cottage situated on our family-run livestock farm, in the hamlet of Selside, close to Kendal and the Lake District. It was lovingly created from an old farm building in 2012 to a high standard keeping traditional features. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring all the Lake District has to offer. (A car is highly recommended) We are 9 miles from Bowness on Windermere , 11 miles from Ambleside and 23 miles from Keswick.

our lovely 2 bedroom cottage features a welcoming living area with a log burner, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom also a rear garden with seating in a quiet friendly area. come and enjoy Sedbergh walks with fabulous views with shops, cafes and pubs located approximately 3/4 mile into the market town where you can also find a tourist information centre. the property is situated on the dalesway walk and also the hamlet having won Cumbria in bloom multiple times.
