Lovely house a few minutes walk down to the beautiful beach of Mawgan Porth, and the South West Coast path. The first floor has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a large sunny balcony overlooking the bay and beautiful headland, one bedroom (en suite) and separate toilet. On the ground floor are a further 2 bedrooms (one en suite), shower room, bathroom and utility room. Mawgan Porth has surf hire and instruction, Cornish Fresh village store, restaurant, fish and chips, pub, pitch and putt.

Our beach house is surprisingly lovely; don't be deceived by its slightly windswept exterior as you will walk in and feel immediately at home. There is plenty of room for all with a separate kitchen, dining and living room areas as well as a lovely little enclosed and private garden. Open farmland in front and to the side of the house and glimpses of the sea from the upstairs bedrooms add to the feeling of space. It’s a 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Mawgan Porth beach and amenities.

Dog friendly and within close walking distance to beautiful sandy Porthcothan beach (dog friendly) Ideal for families, swimmers and surfers. Located near the south west coast path for breathtaking walks. The property has fabulous views of the ocean from the lounge, sunsets are amazing. Ideally located for visiting all Cornwalls attractions and has parking for 2 cars with enclosed garden.

Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.

Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Upstairs has an open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony. Ground level has a lovely decking area with dining table, an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities. Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.
