Or find peace on the water with our canoes, recommended! Our atmospheric cottage is located in the back of the garden, and is built from the old building materials from the old auction of Avenhorn. Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

The location is very popular and central, situated near the lovely town of Monnickendam, typical Dutch surroundings, and Amsterdam. A 20-minute journey via public transportation takes you to Amsterdam. Unique apartment in a mansion from 1898. Alkmaar

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

The Circle of Amsterdam luxe Appartement

This centrally located apartment has been completely renovated, up to date and tastefully decorated. I am therefore proud to be able to offer this. It is equipped with all modern conveniences. Everything for a wonderful holiday / short break is present. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are around the corner And not to forget, Amsterdam is a stone's throw away by bus and train very easy to reach via the station which is within walking distance (100 meters) of the apartment.

Oosthuizen Studio, for short and longer stays.

The studio is the upper floor of our annex, with its own entrance, small shower/toilet and kitchenette. The space is 10 by 6, overlooking the Beemsterringvaart. It's a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. Bus 314 will take you one way to the historic city of Hoorn and the other way to Amsterdam central. The bus will take 40 minutes there. It is best to buy tickets in advance of your visit to Amsterdam travel tickets so you can use all public transport ( 26/ 33 euros)

Country side studio with amazing view

Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Breakfast is available upon request (€12,50 per person). Situated 25 minutes from Amsterdam. Please note the studio is best accessible by car.

At the end of a dead end road at the bottom of the dyke overlooking the "Eilandspolder" nature reserve and a 5-minute walk from mill "de Havik" is hidden between the reed and right at the ring cruise holiday home "De Smid". 30 min drive from Amsterdam Noord. 30 min drive from the North Sea beach.
