Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Beirut

location is nice with easy access from multiple directions. the garden is nicely landscaped offering privacy and cool breeze. the hous itself is quite spacious and nicely decorated. overall I would recommend for a family. the host is very firndly and the house has a groundskeeper that is very respectful and helpful.

It’s my second time to stay at Elie’s beautiful stone house , the house has everything the location is in beautiful quite green place full of trees , electricity all the time and hot water , washing machine and dryer everything basically and Elie is friendly and decent we’ll be back definitely again

My grantparents, aunts and mum had a lovely stay at Yara's place! They needed a chill and relaxing space for a few days and they found exactly what they were looking for. The backyard is wide and beautiful, with privacy. The hosts were very kind and responsive and were available for anything they needed at any time. There are a few easy stairs to access the house, and it matches the pictures and the description. It would have been good to have some mesh screens for the windows, but mosquito repellent was provided for every room. It is also in a very good location in Broumana. Thank you to Yara and Mimi for your great hospitality!

Our stay was perfect. The place is spacious and ideal for relaxing. We did a barbecue in the garden and spent a cozy afternoon. We changed the setting of the outdoor chairs to how we wanted. Nicole's parents were quickly responsive and provided us with everything we needed during out stay. Very clean, spacious, welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Stayed in this wonderful unit for 10 days. Checking in and out are a breeze. Unit is easy to reach from the highway. Very close to all services and activities. Not far from the airport nor the capital city Beirut. The rental unit is in a gated community. Controlled access to the building and parking spot. The unit is well situated with sea view. Very well equipped. There's a lot to be said about what is available in this unit. It did exceeds all my expectations. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended place. Book it and spoil yourself ! Thank you Joan for your générosité.

We are a family of six — three children, my husband and I, and our nanny — so comfort and functionality are essential when we travel. This apartment exceeded our expectations. It wasn’t overly large, but it was exceptionally well laid out and fully equipped to accommodate all of us comfortably. The location is excellent — central, convenient, and easy to find (even Google Maps had no trouble!). Everything was clean, organized, and ready for our arrival, which made settling in seamless. Ahmad, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. He took all our requests and suggestions with an open heart and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. His helpfulness truly enhanced our stay, and we felt well taken care of throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return in the future.

I had a great stay at Natasha’s apartment. Everything was as described and the whole check-in and check-out process was super smooth. I messed up my arrival date due to time difference and booked a day earlier and Natasha proactively refunded me for the extra night ! Many thanks Natasha and the check-in team at the reception. The apartment is centrally located, yet in a quiet street with all the important facilities included (24/7 electricity, stable internet connection, secure underground parking, airconditioning, balcony with amazing mountain view). The reception/security staff were also very friendly and helpful - felt right at home, and George is the most genuine, friendly and helpful host i have ever interacted with. Would love to come back!! Location is great!!! Few steps away from tons of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, pubs and bars. It is in the midst of the party scene in Beirut!! Top pros and cons: Pros: 1) location location location is just so central 2) 24/7 (20Amps) electricity and Air conditioning especially during hot weather. We just needed to balance the power load to avoid the breaker from switching off when we turn on the water heater. 3) Spacious, 4 bedrooms living room, kitchen and 3 baths. 4) Equipped with all you need to cook small and big meals Cons: 1) Parking is usually easy during the day with street parking but challenging if you come home after 9 pm. You can still find spots within 10 min walk. 2) Apartment needed some basic repairs that I raised to the team and they were responsive in addressing them. I hope the rest get fixed before the next renter so there is no inconvenience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely book the place again once in Beirut!!

Linda’s place is one of a kind. We travelled for two weeks and nothing compares to this. The view is like floating on top of the ocean. The flat is very good quality and fully equipped. The house has a private garden (beautifully kept by Linda and her family) that leads to a private entrance to a white pebbled quiet beach. A very rare finding in Byblos and northern lebanon in general where beaches both public and private are packed. The cherry on the top is the private terrace just before descending into the beach from which one can have innumerable sunset views or just read in the shade. Linda and her family are super nice speak perfect English and French and are always looking to help and give advice. It was like staying in a guesthouse. Even though Lebanon has constant blackouts they guarantee through a generator and solar panels electricity for the fridge, wifi, and general appliances 24x7. In the daytime the ACs are not necessary as the apartment is fresh and the air flows beautifully but if in need they can be turned with no restriction until midnight. In the night it can be used a reasonable amount of hours, it was not a problem at all. Again, given the country’s context it couldn’t be better. Ideal place for a quiete retreat and constant ocean sound as well as a great place to do base and explore northern lebanon. Would definitely be back there, we hope them the best.

A stunning chalet that’s beautifully designed. Very spacious and bright too. Highly recommend morning/afternoon coffee on the balcony- stunning views. Overall a great stay!

Very happy with how the stay went. Roula is responsive and nice. The place was nice and clean, and it had everything a home needed.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Marie was easy to reach and proactive with any of our needs. Her place is better than described though the description and pictures are spot on and reliable. Her place has majestic views of Beirut, the Sea, Sunset, hills and forest. It is a pleasure to walk out onto the balcony and enjoy morning coffee or relax in the evening with city light views. The garden yard is spacious and relaxing, well equipped with outdoor seating and table and chairs for dining. Eight of us stayed for a month as a family get-together and were well accommodated with 4 bedrooms (2 En Suite) and 3 and 1/2 other well placed bathrooms. At this elevation you have little to no humidity, but are close enough to restaurants and grocery shopping. Electricity, internet, and water were reliable. We have lived in Lebanon before and knew this would be the best location for views, pleasant weather, and accessibility. All bedrooms are large and roomy, plenty of pillows and bedding.
