Located in a secluded part of the refugee and in front of one of the best surf spots, it takes only 30 seconds to walk to the beach! Many local activities await you to make your stay an adventure! To be completely transparent… a construction began nearby. Possible inconveniences were minimized with the owner and administration of the residential. You will love our rustic Costa Rican home on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have private full baths. The third has a half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The refreshing pool can be enjoyed by all. A separate detached bedroom with double bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. The caretaker can make arrangements to have someone come in a prepare some meals.

It is in a condominium, with a private pool, tennis courts, basketball, football, green and children's areas, private beach access. In front of the condo is a shopping center with supermarket and restaurants. The house has 4 air conditioning, 4 TV with cable, internet, equipped kitchen, washing machine, sports implements and ice cream maker available in the house. You can park 2 cars, very nice beach. Great location, close to national parks such as Manuel Antonio and Whale Bay.

Hello! Our house is located in a very family-friendly condominium that is right by the sea! You don't have to leave the condo to go to the beach, and there are at least 280 meters of beachfront to enjoy with plenty of space. The condo has 24/7 security, a huge communal pool, green areas, playgrounds, tennis courts, 5-a-side soccer, and basketball, and is very pet-friendly. In front, is a shopping center with a supermarket, bars, restaurants, and a bakery.

Casa Libelula is located in the low key beach village of Esterillos Oeste. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home along with a separate casita ( bedroom/bathroom) is in a secure gated community. The beach is a 15min walk away or a 3 min drive. We are just 20mins south of Jaco Beach, 40mins north of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The Juan Santamaria International airport is 2hrs away. Please be aware Casa Libelula is located in a quiet residential area.
