Very convenient spot near the groceries, malls, bars, restaurants, and farmers market. If you want to truly live like a local— this is the space for you.

An ultra-private patio is showcased, featuring a private plunge pool. A whimsical inflatable unicorn floats in the water. Comfortable outdoor seating is available, and the urban skyline can be seen through large glass windows, reflecting the cityscape.

Incredible unit at the upscale Milano Residences. Right beside Century City Mall and the Poblacion night life and food at your doorsteps. Ultra private patio with a private plunge pool! (We empty and clean the pool for each booking!) Enjoy fast internet (up to 200 mbps!) / Netflix while comfortably experiencing the large space (120SQM) this unit has to offer. The downstairs shared pool and sauna is available Tues to Sun, 7AM to 7PM. The pool will be closed during cleaning day (Monday)

If you're too lazy to go out, my place has a smart TV with easy Netflix access and an internet for you to stay connected.
