Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

The bedroom area opens onto an open plan living area. Fully-equipped kitchen. Many restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. The apartment is close to line 2 and line 11, convenient for discovering Paris. An inflatable mattress is available if needed for a child. Please note the apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator access!

Welcome to my home! My apartment is quiet and very bright. Very pleasant to live in, it is fully equipped and comfortable. You'll also have access to the tree-lined courtyard for a break. 6min walk from Metro 11 (Jourdain or Place des Fêtes) which serves République or Châtelet in a few minutes. Direct bus access from Gare du Nord. I would also love to share with you the best places in this lively district of Paris .

Beautiful view, bright, perfect location!

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.

Beautiful apartment, charming, comfortable and warm. It will be perfect for a couple or family stay. In a pleasant area you will be close to Place de la République (15 min), the Marais district with its many shops and its famous Place des Vosges (and art galleries), or the Parc des Buttes Chaumont and Père Lachaise Cemetery. You can arrive so quickly in the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame Cathedral.
