Conveniently close to three metro stations—Télégraphe, Place des Fêtes, and Jourdain—just a 5-minute walk away, you can easily access all of Paris's major attractions. It is a 25 min walk away from Republique and a 30 min walk away from Bastille.

Its location at the foot of the Ménilmontant metro station and less than 400 meters from the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery makes it a pleasant spot (in the trendy neighborhood of eastern Paris) and a convenient base for exploring the city (with easy connections to Paris' main attractions). You'll love the comfort of this modern and cozy loft, ideally located.

Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

It is quiet on overlook and bright. This apartment is at the foot of the Ménilmontant subway, a changing neighborhood with many local shops, close to the Jean-pierre Timbaud neighborhood, Oberkampf, Belleville and Père Lachaise.
