What stood out during our stay at Blue Oasis farm was family like interaction and personal care by Ms. Helen, Susie, Jason and their lovely children. The overall experience was just great-the drive through Charmady Ghat from Bangalore, the property nestled within the large scenic green beautiful farm full of coconut and areca nut trees, herbs, flowers, and banana plantation. The dip in the Phalguni river that runs through the property was really special. The food with ingredients from the farm was delicious. Jason showed us planets and stars with his telescope. The location itself provides access to temples, waterfalls, treks, and beaches within a 1 - 2hr drive. Susie gave us map locations to these places. We trekked up Karinjeshwara temple (four yugas temple), spent a great time at Padubidri beach near Mangalore, visited the Annapoorneshwari temple just 30 mins away etc. We bought fresh food products, and cosmetics from the hosts. Next trip to cover more. Highly recommend.

Excellent host. Sandeep was very cooperative to any request. We travelled with our pet and it was very comfortable. There is a huge farm behind the house for long walk. Place is very close to Karkala. This place is max 90 min journey to any point you want to travel in Udupi or Mangalore districts. Hence can be used as center point. If you are looking to stay in coastal district a bit away from city, this is the best place. Karkala is just under 40 mins from here. Should you need any help, Sandeep is super helpful and a wonderful host.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends. Little away from city hustle but at the same time all your needs will be available at a walkable distance. Perfect for family stay specifically if you have infants, toddlers.

This place is truly a gem. The house is located close to the highway, so it’s easy to get around and at the same time, it’s in a quiet, residential locality surrounded by lush greenery & tiled house, which add to the charm of the place. There is covered parking available (big bonus in the summer heat). The house is very spacious with large windows that let in natural light and cool breeze. The indoor plants, paintings & minimalistic furniture is tastefully done. In the morning, gorgeous, colourful birds come to the window. The air cons worked perfectly, and little things like a clothes & utensil drying rack, ironing board - made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and enough crockery & utensils for a short stay. Krithik is an amazing host who has very thoughtful categorised & listed all the good restaurants & places to visit in mangalore. He was proactive in sharing details. Meeting his adorable dog was just icing on the cake.

Our stay at this beautiful villa nestled in scenic Mudigere near Chikmagalur was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Sushma and her husband welcomed us with warmth and made sure we were well taken care of. The villa was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pool table and the breezy terrace – perfect spots to unwind. When we unexpectedly faced a power cut and a fuse issue late at night, they went out of their way to come all the way and fix it themselves — their care and commitment truly stood out. It felt like a home away from home, and we’d gladly return again.
