Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in the streets around

An immaculately presented two bedroom semi-detached cottage with a large private garden and off-street parking. A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

Honeysuckle cottage is perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline. It was built in the mid 1800's and was once a farmer’s cottage. Now completely refurbished to a high standard with beamed ceilings, latched doors, central heating and fully double glazed. 10 minute walk to Hopton’s sandy beach. Village has 2 pubs serving food, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway and a local Co-op and garage.
