Upstairs, 3 small cozy rooms. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom and toilet. Take advantage of the swimming pool (6 - 9) and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. The building has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends. There are forests, meadows and a water area nearby. The location is suitable for walking, cycling and relaxation. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

There is also a master bathroom with a large bathtub.
