In the sleeping loft, one flight up, you will find two comfortable beds. Heating through waterborne underfloor heating.

Tiny House in garden outside Ystad

Stay in a newly renovated villa carriage in a cozy garden in the countryside garden. Accommodates 2 adults and up to 3 children. In the living room there is TV, dining area and a small sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped so grilling, take away or simpler cooking is what applies. Dry toilet and cold water are located in the wagon. Outdoor shower outside in the garden as well as hot water shower are available in our basement. Access to cozy garden and parking. In the village there is a 24-hour grocery store. Österlen Fire Station

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Welcome to a newly renovated guest house located near the golf course and padelhall & close to everything that Österlen has to offer. 2km to the nearest train & bus station. 20 min to the nearest beach. The guest house offers a complete kitchen, livingroom/bedroom and separate bathroom. From the living room, you come directly out to the private deck, which has sun throughout the day. Grill available. On the golf course there is a restaurant that has both breakfast, lunch and evening service.

Fyledalen-Nature Reserve and Bird Watcher Paradise

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Guest house in our lush garden with fruit trees, berry bushes, cat, chickens and rooster. Nature into the knot, at Fyledalen nature reserve on the border of Österlen. 2 km to summerland Tosselilla, 7 km to swimming lake, 18 kilometers to Ystad and the sea. Attefallhuset is small but well equipped. The sofa converts to king size bed. With extra bed(s), 4 can stay here if you can have a little cramped. Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Apartment - old carpentry shop in a quiet location

Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, is located next to the main house to be rented, our second, smaller apartment, the "Alte Tischlerei". The apartment (about 40 square meters) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for e.g. a couple with a child is provided. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.

This charming little Skåne cottage from the 1870s is secluded, surrounded only by fields. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a restful and eventful holiday week. The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!
