Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Gäststuga i vår lummiga trädgård med naturen in på knuten, vid Fyledalens naturreservat på gränsen till Österlen. 2 km till sommarlandet Tosselilla, 7 km till badsjö, 18 kilometer till Ystad och havet. Attefallshuset är litet men väl utrustat. Soffan omvandlas till dubbelsäng. Lämpligt för 2 men med extrasäng(ar) kan 3-4 bo här om man kan ha det lite trångt. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

A second, smaller apartment, consisting of a large room, with living and sleeping area, as well as kitchenette and bathroom, can be rented for additional travelers or a second small family. Huset är omgiven av en härlig gammaldags trädgårdstomt med vacker björkallé, syren- och hortensiabuskar samt äppelträd och mycket annat smått och gott. Invid byggnaderna finns ängsmark och österut finner ni en mindre egen damm med varierande vattenmängd beroende av årstiderna.
