A few hundred meters away there is a wind shelter with a barbecue area by a pond. Wood-fired sauna next to the barbecue area can be rented for an additional fee.

This is the accommodation for those who want to live in the middle of nature with comfortable features. The house is under renovation which will be finished before check-in.

Charming little red house in Fengersfors, Dalsland

My summer house here in Sweden is a charming little red "Stuga" in a quiet location in a little village called Fengersfors, about 170 km north of Gothenburg. The house has a large garden. The rooms are all decorated with furniture from the 40s to 70s. Dalsland's most beautiful lake and coolest cultural center are just a stone's throw away. It is a small paradise in the midst of fantastic forests and lakes and close to culture and service. The canoe guests can use for free. 2 bikes for rent.

Noak House

Stay in our charming countryside house built in 1905, renovated but still maintaining its original essence and details such as windows and carpentry. Decorated with vintage/antique Scandinavian furniture and lamps in order to create a cozy and authentic environment Surrounded by a lush garden, with direct access to the deep forest crossing a little stream on our hand-made bridge. Adjacent to the house runs a small countryside road which leads to the village of Ed (12km).

From the house, you can walk into the woods or to the lake. The house is also easily accessible under winter conditions.

Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.

Then take the rowing boat out to fish a perch that is fried over the fire in the evening, that's pure Sweden! The internet has a speed of 300/300 Mbit! The speed is more than sufficient for working from home. There's a TV with German programs.
