Stay in a very cozy, charming, fully renovated house right in the center of the wine capital. There is an 18,000-btu split in the living room. Closed garage attached to the house. It is located 100 meters from the main street of the city where there is a shopping mall, the main church of Santo Antonio, the historic center of the city, shops, restaurants and the fountain that spouts wine in front of the city hall. The entire center can be reached on foot. A great walk to enjoy the charms of the city center.

Nestled in the heart of the city, 401's strong point is a beautiful sunset from the balconies, with a panoramic view of the city, in total privacy.
