Come and stay in a modern and stylish studio with a view of the dunes near Zandvoort beach. This stylish design studio for 2 people is located on the edge of the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen. The studio has an unobstructed view of the dunes and is a stone's throw from the beach (1400 m) and the centre (1000 m) of Zandvoort. A designer studio with all the comforts: a queen-size box-spring bed (160x200), a compact kitchen-diner, a bathroom, a private terrace and air conditioning.

Beautiful garden suite with free parking

With pride and pleasure, I rent a 2-person garden suite in my outdoor accommodation separately from my house in Heemstede including use of a private bathroom (completely renewed in Dec 2022). There is free on-site parking and there is a private terrace. Heemstede Aerdenhout station is just across the road, and you can hire bicycles in Zandvoort or Haarlem. It takes 5 minutes by train to Haarlem and 23 minutes by train to Amsterdam. Relax in this peaceful, stylish outdoor room.

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Cosi private boutique room with bedroom and kitchen island close to the sea, centre and train station. Floor heating system and kitchen with induction plate, refridgerator and combi microwave. The garden can be closed off and the Jacuzzi (39°C) and Sauna can be booked for a part of the day.

Welcome to 'Zand Tropez' in my cosy guest house by the sea 🌞 Guest house Chateau d'eau is in a great location near the beach and within walking distance of the dunes and the village centre. In the morning, enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the sun on the terrace and in the evening from the sunset on the beach. There is a car park available. Are you booking after 18 August 2026? A small cottage in the center of Nieuwveen close to Amsterdam and Schiphol. The location is centrally located between other major cities, beach and Keukenhof. With the lake areas as close surroundings. Canoes and (electric)bicycles are available for free. Within walking distance (100 m) a supermarket, bistro/restaurant, café, small museum, snack bar and bus stop infront of our house. No dogs/no drugs.
