A warm welcome to a really cozy mountain cabin with sauna + charging station for electric car. Wonderful views of the lake and mountains! Here you live quietly and peacefully, about 10 minutes from Björnrike and about 15 minutes from Vemdalen village. Cross-country skiing and snowmobiling a stone's throw from the property. Only 30 meters down to the lake where you will find a private picnic table for 6-8 guests, barbecue area/grill and boat for fishing and swimming. In winter, there are often nice cross-country trails on the lake. Grocery store and gas station 2 minutes by car from the cottage.

Riphyddan, 880 m above sea level, Fjällnäs

Welcome to Riphyddan, located 880 meters above sea level, est. 1977 in unique Fjällnäs, 6 km from the Norwegian border. A real hand-built log house just below the tree line with unique views of Lake Malmagen, Bolagskammen and Storvigeln 1586 meters above sea level. Enjoy the freestanding wood-fired sauna. In summer, you can hike directly out on the mountain or take a ride with the boat and fish. In winter, there is a Nordic Ski center with direct access from the cabin with wonderful tours in the mountains or go downhill in Freeride Paradise in Tänndalen, just 3 km away

Lillstugan

Lillstugan is located in a quiet and rural location on a farm. The cottage is located next to meadows, and after a short walk you are down by Ljusnan, which invites you to fish, swim and paddle a canoe. In winter, the cottage is suitable for starting out on both cross-country skis and snowmobiles, trails are close to the cottage. Lillstugan is 38 sqm and includes a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Here you find everything you need for a great vacation with one or two families. Kitchen and living room with open floor plan, high ceiling, fire place and large TV, outside a wooden deck with barbeque and views over the mountains and ski slopes. Three bedrooms, sauna and two bathrooms. True ski-in ski-out.

Cozy cottage near Lake Näkten

A cozy cottage near the lake Näkten, Salsån in Jämtland. There is no water and sewer but a full fresh toilet. Access to a dishwasher is available. Incredibly nice to swim and shower down at the boathouse + sauna. Boat with motor is available for rent if you want to go fishing. Here is the place to “recharge”.. On our farm there are horses, mountain cows, Gotland sheep, chickens and ducks. There is an option to buy fresh eggs on the day. Bedlinen and towels to rent

Small cozy cottage in Storsjö Kapell.

Small cottage of 22 sqm, about 30 meters from Storsjön beach. Located at the end of the road and no permanent neighbors. TV, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, induction plate, and fully equipped kitchen. No incoming water, but you can get it in the lake or in the basement of the neighboring house. Stove and access to firewood available. No direct drain but you can pour water into the sink Outhouse/outdoor toilet.

Modern cottage of 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom, built in 2008 with 4 beds + 1 extra mattress. Located in a secluded location on Hede-Vemdalen golf course and close to Ljusnan beach. There are 18 holes in the summer, easy cross-country trails on the golf course and snowmobile trails at Ljusnan river in the winter - all right on the doorstep! Walking distance to shops and services, as well as to Hede camping with outdoor swimming in the summer.

Glamping in a Sami-style tipi

In the Tentipi, you have a unique view over the Malmagen lake and the fjälls. The reindeer walk around your teepee. Welcome to the Sami region of Ruvthen Sitje! The spacious Tentipi (32 m2) is furnished for two people and has a double bed, two lazy chairs, a table with two benches, a private fridge and electric cooker. You even have your own fireplace! Enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings of this romantic accommodation.
