Beautiful accommodation. An overnight stay with my daughter, spacious enough for the two of us and some beautiful restaurants near by with a lovely walk. The accommodation was as described and Natasha was very helpful. Would love to stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jay Barn! While the house is on a busy road, it felt very private once on the property. We stayed over the Easter weekend and were doing lots of baking and cooking - the kitchen had every appliance you could need. The house was spotless, spacious, and we felt at home immediately. A car is essential as there is nothing realistically in walking distance, but pubs a 2 minute drive. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend away with family or friends. Had a wonderful stay at the barn. We had good weather so made the most of the beautiful outdoors. Dogs thought they were in heaven with all the space. I would say if you want to take dog(s) it’s not safe if they wander or don’t have a recall as they can get out to the road. Loved being so close to Petworth. Good pubs within walking distance or short drive. Jessica and Rob were fantastic - Jessica for changing my booking for me ultra fast and Rob for being n hand if you need anything. Couldn’t ask for more. Didn’t want to come home

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Everything was great. From beginning until the end. :) Our workers who have stayed here were really happy and enjoyed their stay. We will certainly come back!

We had a lovely stay for a few nights. It wasn't great weather, so the little games room on site was very useful to entertain the kids. Great, quiet, countryside location but not too far from pubs etc. The barn had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Just got home from a fantastic long weekend away at the old orchard barn . Tracy and Malcolm were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome, the barn was immaculate and extremely cozy, which was perfect for the cold evenings. The welcome gifts were a lovely touch and the it was a perfect base to explore the wonderful Cotswolds, I can’t recommend enough and we will definitely be looking to go back in the summer time.

A wonderfully peaceful location with beautiful countryside views. The pictures really don’t reflect how big the property is - so much space! Very much appreciated the high chair, children’s cutlery and books/games. Very family friendly. Would recommend!

Charming barn conversion right in the heart of Childrey. Tastefully furnished and well appointed. Mel was a very accommodating host; responding quickly to my questions and providing pro-active advice. And the extended check-out (subject to availability!) was particularly welcome.

We loved our stay at Kim's place - the Barn was AMAZING. We hope to come back - it was one of the highlights of our trip. The home was clean, comfortable, and classy! The location is quiet and convenient to so many things to see, and incredibly beautiful. We felt like locals, and loved our experience - thank you so much!

Tim and Anna were incredibly responsive from the day we booked and even gave us a video tour of the barns before we arrived! Everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The two barns worked very well in terms of space but we had issues with the internet in the garden barn which was a bit frustrating, though Tim tried his utmost to improve it.

You must visit. Sarah and James are so nice and really helpful fro. The moment i booked. I cant wait to return, the barn is located so closely to the beach and other surrounding areas. We relaxed and even had time to try out some paddle boarding thanks to the kindness of James lending us his. Thank you so so much for having us. See you agai soon

Fabulous place. Debbie is a fantastic host. The boiler tripped whilst we were there and Debbie was straight round to fix it, no hesitation. It's things like this that really make the difference in Airbnb's. The place really was fantastic. Well maintained, lovely modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds.

We had a lovely stay in Sophie and Andrew's Dutch Barn. Everything was spotless and we were very well catered for. They'd thought of everything including a box of toys which the kids loved. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was lovely. Would highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect house for our stay with toddler (she loved the playground and the toys inside) and baby. Quiet village but lots of fun activities for children in the surroundings. House was very clean and practical, all instructions were clear and the host was friendly and quick to respond. We really loved the playground, the hikes that were recommended and the many lovely day trips we did in the region. Would highly recommend!

It was a really beautiful place to stay. The kitchen is a thing of beauty. The character is striking wherever you look, with a lovely dining and sitting area. You need to be agile for the spiral staircase, but the ascent is worth the effort.

We had a fantastic stay. The property is beautiful and there were a lot of thoughtful touches such as a bottle of Prosecco and fresh bread, milk etc for our arrival. The place was immaculate and very friendly hosts. Highly recommended

we had a wonderful New Year stay at this gorgeous barn. We received a very warm welcome from Jack, Hayley and Meadow and soon settled in. The accommodation was great and the surrounding area is beautiful. The barn was warm and cosy and the views from the windows were stunning. Our dogs enjoyed the walks in the surrounding fields and copse, especially the stream. We had a lovely relaxing stay and would definitely like to return.
