The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

It is a three-minute walk from the historic center of Pontedeume, several beaches and the train station. The As Fragas do Eume Natural Park is an eight-minute drive away, the city of Ferrol is fifteen minutes away, and the city of A Coruña is half an hour away. Accommodation properly registered at the regional and national level.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a patio where the washer and dryer are located. IMPORTANT: The 2 double beds are for 4 guests. If you're going to be 4 or fewer guests and you want the sofa bed to be made up, it must be expressly requested.
