A bright & happy house. It has a lot to offer families, friends & couples. The living room is spacious. Brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom with shower and bath. I have a huge king size bed in the main room and a bunk bed in the second room. Outside yard with table and chairs. Llanberis has a choice of cafe’s, shops, pubs and restaurants. The quiet side of Snowdon. Bryn Derwen is close (2 miles & 3 miles respectively) to the start of the Snowdon Ranger & Rhyd Ddu paths to the summit - without the crowds! Bryn Derwen is a self catering, mid terraced cottage, between Caernarfon and Beddgelert in the Snowdonia National Park. It is spacious with dining/kitchen & pantry, south facing sitting room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The gardens front & back, offer superb views of river & mountains and the Welsh Highland Railway.

All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.

Included is an initial supply of kindling, paper and logs. The Cwellyn Arms pub is just a few steps away.
