Welcome to Lesmurdie-Perth Hills. 🎴 Our Guest house is located at a quiet culdesac road, 25’ from Perth City Center. Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away. The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Parking right beside the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you won’t be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (6&10) and a dog, Millie

The West Wing York WA

Idyllic adults only retreat located on 5 acres, nestled under Mt Bakewell, The West Wing offers a tranquil place to stay. This private accommodation has its own living room, bedroom & bathroom. No kitchen but there is a kettle, toaster, fridge & BBQ. Tea, coffee, milk, butter & homemade bread are also provided. Quality linen & furnishings have been chosen with comfort in mind. There is a large garden & olive grove to wander in & it is a 5-minute drive or pleasant 30-minute walk into town.

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

The Collins York

Take some time off to enjoy a historic getaway in the town of York. Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails along the Avon River, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

Villa Sittella has all the features needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Many local activities including walking and biking tracks and popular Lake Leschenaultia. There are beds for 4 people with 2 extra on the sofa bed downstairs if needed. Perfect for a small family group or couple. Private spa area and sauna can be booked at extra cost

Come visit the beautiful green Hills of Perth. While you are only 30 minutes from Perth CBD and 20 minutes from the airport, you will feel like you are far away from home. Listen to the birds, have a stroll through the garden, or simply sip a coffee while enjoying the view on your balcony. Our guesthouse is situated near the top of the hill with a steep driveway and stairs entry. You'll have a pub within walking distance and the beautiful Araluen Park and great restaurants nearby.

Close to wineries and restaurants in Kalamunda and the Bickley Valley, with the Perth CBD only 25 minutes away by car. Off street parking and a private entrance is provided on site. It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.
