Historical house with a great living room, dinning room and kitchen. There are 2 sleeping rooms with in total 5 beds. The neighbourhous is quit and its only a few stepts from the naional park "de kennemerduinen" 10 minutes by train to Haarlem and 30 minutes by train to the city of Amsterdam were you can have dinner or to go out. Parking for free in the street. Alleready got more then 130 enthousiastic guests in my house, they all want to come back. Alle basic shops arround the corner. SUPER!!!

In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

You have your own entrance and access to two floors. The apartment consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Amsterdam is 5 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport, 4 km from Akerdijk.

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
