Holiday rentals with a patio in Bicol

The unit is clean. The host Rico is very accommodating and very friendly. Our stay has been nothing but amazing. The unit almost felt like home. We’ll definitely book again.

The house is very cozy, fully equipped, with strong water pressure and reliable wifi. It's close to laundry services, water delivery, and just a short walk from the beach. I would totally go back.

The house is very decent, both in and out. The wifi is also really good - we connected 2 laptops and 6 mobile phones, but the internet is still fast. The beds are so comfy. The host also provided us with towels. The toilets are spacious, though the water pressure in the toilet in the 1st floor is a lot stronger than the water pressure in the 2nd floor's toilet. It was so hot in Naga when we came, but the aircon in the rooms and the electric fans in the 1st floor were very helpful. Before you buy groceries, check the cabinets first. Because you could find cooking oil and some seasoning and condiments in them. The things you need for cooking are also in there - complete! Just a friendly suggestion - bring a chopping board if you plan to cook. We can't find it during our stay in there, unless we are just not looking enough. The host also provided us with drinking water. And as for the water dispenser, you can find it outside - just open the back door. :)

We all loved staying in Sharl‘s place! It was a perfect experience for us. The place is very close to Naga, and very walkable. The neighborhood is perfect Filipino experience. The neighbors are very friendly. Plenty of Sari Sari stores to pick up anything we forgot. She was always very responsive as well! She highlighted to me what it is to be a great airbnb host! She even invited us to the big Peñafrancia festival in Naga. We joined her and her family at their family dental practice (great viewing from the 2nd floor) and watched the processional. We really felt like we have new friends Naga!

2nd time to stay here. we absolutely love the peaceful neighborhood. the accommodation was easy to find especially if you pin the water station. the room is spacious, with separate kitchen and toilet with hot and cold shower 😇 this place made us feel like it's our second home in legazpi. will highly recommend to family amd friends and will surely come back next time 🙏

Nice place, comfortable and easy to rest. Just wish there was more around the area as far as restaurants and nightlife. Joanne is very kind and has a very nice helper there to assist.

Karen’s place is truly a gem! From the hassle free check in and check out to the clean and comfortable surroundings and top notch amenities, you will surely have a convenient and wonderful stay at her place. Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.
