A luxury 2 bed barn on our farm in Warwickshire

A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

Stable Cottage has been lovenly restored to make an ideal place to stay. With easy access to Stratford Upon Avon by car or locals bus.The Cotswolds is also within easy reach. Situated in the pretty Saxon village of Bidford on Avon with its many amenities such as restaurants, supermarket,various takeaway such asfish and chips,Indian chinese and pizza . The village has many interesting features a 15th century bridge12 century church and even the Falcon where Will Shakepeare drank many an ale.

Relax in our pretty little cottage located in a charming village perfectly placed to explore the north cotswolds. The former servants wing of a larger house, has its own 2 acres of fully fenced dog field and walks in every direction. Just 20 minutes to Stratford Upon Avon, Broadway and Chipping Campden. 30 minutes to Cheltenham Races and 50 minutes to Birmingham Airport. Beautifully decorated from top to bottom in 2023. Breakfast, dinner and dog sitting can be arranged for a separate fee.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Set in a small smallholding in a beautiful village location, on the border of the North Cotswolds, a rural and unique retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.
