We add the delivery of 1 box diet bag to each day of the reservation, containing 5 boxes of food: breakfast, 2. breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. For a stay of 2 guests, the catering bag is to be shared for them. Bookings for 3–7 April 2026, 30 April 2026, 3–6 June 2026, 14–15 August 2026, 30–31 October 2026, and 23 December 2026 to 2 January 2027 are without catering, but include breakfast. Catering arrives at night between 1:00 and 5:00, usually around 2:00–4:00.

Around 200 m from the appartment there's a shopping mall and a cinema. For guest use there`s a undergrung car park with dedicated place. In the kitchen for comfort f guest there are basic kitchen staff like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, spices etc... Night silence applies between 22.00-06.00 so it`s not adequate for parties.
