We can guarantee the most comfortable stay for 4 people, because there are 2 bedrooms, but in the living room with kitchen we also have a folding comfortable corner. If you would like to relax in the countryside, this is the perfect place for you. Welcome to Cottage Perkoz located in a picturesque village on the Narew River. Guests have at their disposal the whole freshly renovated and fully equipped cottage, maintained in a minimalist but cozy aesthetic. Cottage is two-storey: downstairs there is an open space with kitchen, sofa bed and bathroom, upstairs there is a double and single bed. The terrace in front of the house overlooks the Narew River.

The 200m2 house is located in a small, quiet village with 20 people. Built in 1946 and modernized in 2019, it maintains a traditional feel. The house has central heating and at the same time retains a rural character, giving the opportunity to warm up to traditional tiled and clay furnaces. A spacious country-style kitchen with classic “English” is also equipped with all modern furnishings. The spacious orchard view porch will provide full relaxation.

The house is in the village of Plutycze in north-eastern Poland, about an hour's drive from the Bialowieza forest. Places of interest you can visit from here include: the Biebrza and Narew National Parks, Tykocin, the Land of Open Shutters, Drohiczyn, Grabarka. The stay in Plutycze provides a great opportunity to explore the region and discover its unique nature, culture and architecture. The place is also good for cycling, kayaking and birdwatching.

We offer our guests a year-round, max ten-person cottage, which includes three bedrooms (each with a separate bathroom), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room.
