This modern home (Jul 2021) is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is a dream come true with views of the lake & of protected national land. This property sits on the state line of Utah and Arizona and is just 4 mins to the N. entrance of Glen Canyon Rec. Area (Lake Powell) and 4 mins to Lone Rock beach (Lake Powell). 2 Primary king size suites & private bath incl. walk in shower and double vanity, plus 2 additional guest rooms and futon couch in LR. Great room - kitchen/ dining/ LR combined.

Pavlova's is an 1800 square foot state of the art dance studio with sprung oak floors, mirrors, ballet barres, yoga mats, therabands, and piano. The bathroom features shower, bidet, lighted mirrors and boutique amenities, refrigerator in studio.. Our atrium is enhanced with live foilage and spiral staircase decorated with candles for a romantic ambiance. The king size bed is comfy and roomy. My husband Gerry is a home coffee roaster. His delicious brews are available upon request.

Powell Paradise! Wonderful lake view home!

Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Perched above Powell with a wonderful view of The lake & mountains, with a nice porch with which to enjoy the view! We have an oversized 2 car garage, & room for a boat in the driveway. This is NOT the typical current day generic ABNB, this is our home. We work hard to make it feel like home! Kitchen is very well stocked. We are dog friendly, but we request a pet fee of $75 prior to your stay. please let us know that you have dogs at booking.
