Here you live in a quiet area close to nature, with proximity to the sea, swimming and convenient transport links. A 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which takes you to central Gothenburg in 30 minutes. 10 minutes' walk to lovely bathing coves. New Hovås is 10 minutes away by bus or car. There is a large grocery store, several restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy and an off-licence.

The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with zip line, swing, climbing ropes, etc. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream parlor.
