Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Here you live in a quiet area close to nature, with proximity to the sea, swimming and convenient transport links. A 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which takes you to central Gothenburg in 30 minutes. 10 minutes' walk to lovely bathing coves. New Hovås is 10 minutes away by bus or car. There is a large grocery store, several restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy and an off-licence.
