This beautiful annexe is a new addition to our home and has provided us with an amazing space within our garden. The annexe has a open plan sitting room with kitchen and breakfast bar at one end. The bedroom has a super king size bed that can be set up as a twin room if required and there is a separate bathroom with double walk in shower. This is an ideal space for business trips with its own access, wifi, usb points and the ability to self cater if you wish but equally a great weekend getaway.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

This small private place, ideally situated close to the village with a number of restaurants , pubs & eateries. Stanlake Vineyard is a 20 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) away. Twyford station is 2 minute walk with fast access to London, Henley, Windsor, Ascot, Reading, Oxford & more. Dedicated parking space & private access to a double bedroom (standard 4’6” bed) and en-suite shower room. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Due to the close proximity to Twyford station there may be some noise

The Cabin, Henley on Thames is a gorgeous space for you to enjoy your holiday. Surrounded by nature, guests have the pleasure of pheasants, deers, foxes and Red Kites. Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

A lovely indendant apartment at the bottom of our garden secluded by trees . the apartment has a nice outside area with patio table and chairs . Inside there is a large open plan kitchen , dinner, lounge with a sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen with double oven , fridge freezer , dishwhaser , whashing machine microwave , toaster, kettle and much more . theres a large smart tv and wifi , dinning table . bedroom with king size bed and built-in wardrobe . bathroom with walk-in shower .

Light and Airey studio above double garage within main house grounds over looking fields to rear with residents ponies, stair access to side (not suitable for those guests with mobility difficulty). The Hoppy Annexe is a self-contained space, set in a little garden on a peaceful road with free parking, a 15-20 minute walk down the hill to Henley town centre. It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Beautiful countryside walking routes are just a minutes away and Henley town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and river front is within easy reach.

The cabin is a fun and light filled space, perfect for families or couples. It boasts its own private patio, which leads to a secluded secret garden with an outdoor roll top bath! Inside there is a pool table and Sky TV. It is in the garden of a family home, situated half a mile from Twyford station, allowing easy access to Henley-on-Thames and London via the Elizabeth line. The cabin is accessed through a secure, key coded gate around the side of the main house.

It shares a beautiful, spacious garden with your hosts (who live next door) with a private, seated outdoor area. It’s rural and quiet enough to take advantage of beautiful walks nearby but equally, has a village shop, post office, local pub and restaurants within walking distance.

Train links to Henley, Reading & London. 5 mins to River Thames
