The new room is new and the refrigerator is new and very clean.The host was very helpful.There is a washer and dryer, and it was very nice to be able to hang it on the rooftop if you don't want to use the dryer. Even if your luggage is large, there is an elevator, so there is no problem.

We had a great time in Agnes’ condo. She emailed a guidebook of things to do in HCMC after we reserved the property. She was so helpful and friendly. She spoke to our cab driver to ensure proper directions. She and her son met us upon arrival and showed us the condo, pool, gym, neighborhood -all spectacular. The view from the living and master bedroom is unbelievable. The property is spotless. Agnes provided us with bananas, nuts, and bottles of water - much appreciated. Washer and bathtub were nice extras. Huge local market and tons of restaurants close to condo. People remarkably welcoming, all trying to help us with the language and menu. We had a fantastic stay including New Years fireworks from the pool. We highly recommend this property with Agnes as your host.

This villa was a dream for remote work! Fast WiFi, plenty of natural light, and spacious rooms meant I could work productively and still have space to relax. The kitchen and BBQ area made it easy to eat in, and the nearby pickleball court was a fun break. The host was quick to respond and made check-in and out effortless. Will definitely be back.

The room's upstairs from the café and surrounded by greenery. The environment's really nice. It looks just like the photos, with a dark style. They'd already turned on the AC before I got in. So thoughtful! It's a self - check - in process, and the info's super clear. The staff at the café downstairs are also really friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Our group of seven was very comfortable in the spacious and clean house. The check-in process was seamless, making our arrival stress-free. The place is really clean and spacious (2 bed rooms) and 2 bathrooms, we didnt know that before. there place came with kitchen equipments such microwave, pan and stuff where u can cook simple dishes plus the washing machine at the balcony. i felt like home in this apartment. wifi working great so does aircon. to get in to the busy city is very easy by GRAB. it took us 30 mins to the airport. recommended for couple.
