Great value for money. Location is very good, many shops nearby, district is very expat friendly and has a large selection of restaurants, patisseries and coffee shops. Mall nearby as well, walking distance. Quiet area, a rare find in busy Saigon.

L’appartement offre côté chambre une vue dégagée sur des quartiers de la ville. Bien orienté, il est baigné de lumière. La propreté du lieu ne laisse aucun doute, ce qui est très appréciable ! Encore une fois, merci pour ce séjour très confortable.

We had a great time in Agnes’ condo. She emailed a guidebook of things to do in HCMC after we reserved the property. She was so helpful and friendly. She spoke to our cab driver to ensure proper directions. She and her son met us upon arrival and showed us the condo, pool, gym, neighborhood -all spectacular. The view from the living and master bedroom is unbelievable. The property is spotless. Agnes provided us with bananas, nuts, and bottles of water - much appreciated. Washer and bathtub were nice extras. Huge local market and tons of restaurants close to condo. People remarkably welcoming, all trying to help us with the language and menu. We had a fantastic stay including New Years fireworks from the pool. We highly recommend this property with Agnes as your host.

Excellent appartement à la tour Landmark 4 situé au 44 eme étage, propre, très bien équipé (electroménagers, couverts, grand lits confortables, belles salles de bains...) , conforme aux photos et sécurisé avec un gardien 24h/24h. Le logement est à moins de 30 mètres de la tour L81 ou il y a de nombreux magasins, restaurants et également un grand supermarché Vinamart. La piscine est grande, agréable et peu de monde. Un grand parc avec des palmiers à quelques minutes et un marché locale (van thanh) à moins d'un kilomètre. Un grand remerciement à Loan qui mérite largement son titre de super hote, elle est très réactive et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons passés 5 semaines inoubliables et nous reviendrons la prochaine fois.
