Fantastic light and bright apartment on two floors. Lounge with sofa and table/chair set ,TV and radiator. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils , cutlery and crockery. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. there is a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet and wash-basin. Convenient access to the major motorways (close to the M1, M6 and A14) and Rugby train station, and near Coombe Abbey, The Cotswolds, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Stratford. Access to outside patio area, next to an orchard. We welcome long term corporate bookings and business guests at Oakdene annex. We can also accommodate Monday-Friday business guests, minimum 2 night stays.

The University Hospital is only a 10 minute walk away, and there is easy access routes to both the M6 and the M69. Both Coventry city centre and arena are only a 15 minute drive from the house.
