The apartment is located in a quiet, calm and very nice neighborhood with grocery stores such as Rema 1000, Meny and Kiwi a few minutes away. The apartment also has a large balcony and barbecue.

It is the top apartment in the block from 2023 with a south/west-facing balcony with a lovely view (lake view). Shared roof terrace one floor up, same entrance. A very quiet area with great hiking opportunities. Short distance to the teabag and good bus options. The housing association is very modern with a focus on the green. The tube takes you to Oslo Central station within 13 min. Or you could take the tube to get to Holmenkollen skijump, Frognerseteren, Majorstuen or others.

This apartment is perfectly placed between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk, and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 600NOK so we share the cost.
