Kitchen and living room in one, with lovely views and two verandas. The house is located in a very peaceful area on our farm, at the end of a road. Here you can lower your shoulders and leave time still. There is nice hiking terrain just outside your doorstep. You can walk on trails in the field, or take the car to popular destinations in the area such as the Pulpit Rock, Kjerag, Jærstrendene, Kongeparken, Sandnes and Stavanger.

It is possible to use the cabin's small rowing boat in the water, or take a sauna in the nice sauna tent. There is a mountain cabin in a wind exposed space. There is Wi-Fi in the cabin but poor mobile coverage. 3 bedrooms, loft, bathroom with shower, dishwasher, TV with DVD player, refrigerator, fire pan, including laundry, towels and bed linen.

There is a 230V, 1000W, converter where you can plug in phone chargers, PCs, vacuum cleaner etc. The cabin is without running water, and drinking water is provided in 25L canisters. Heat comes from the fireplace. Composting toilet. Foot pump driven shower. Propane driven hotplates and oven. This is living sustainability.
