Our nice old family cottage is perfectly located on Öland about 5 km from the bridge in the middle of the small village Algutsrum with lots of Öland's wonderful nature around the corner. The house is charming and fresh, has a large lovely garden to hang out, barbecue and play in. Nearby is a playground. The farm shop Stenladan, with local vegetables, delicacies and ice cream, etc. is a short walk away. Arontorps meatballs, such as Öland meatballs, today's dish and other small and good things, can be found 10 minutes by car.

Sit back and relax in this elegant accommodation. In the cabin, there is the opportunity to enjoy beautiful surroundings and follow the sun at all hours of the day. With 2km to the beach, you can also enjoy a swim in Kalmarsund. Near to locally produced crops and sometimes even self-picking of strawberries☀️ About 3km to central Färjestaden you will find the harbour, restaurants and shopping. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters. Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture.
