Wedmore is situated on the edge of the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels, and is close to three incredible nature reserves as well as Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Glastonbury. This is a great place for bird watchers and wildlife lovers, with excellent opportunities for walking and cycling right from the front door!

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.

Accessed from a spiral staircase, it is on the 1st floor, and is completely self contained and private. The large patio has outside seating for dining al-fresco whilst taking in the stunning views of fields and the Mendips. Peaceful, rural location, but only 5 minutes drive to the City of Wells. There is plenty of off-road parking.
