Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's landscape is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre.

Rönnäng is located on the island of Tjörn, which has beautiful nature and many opportunities for activities such as several hiking trails, bike paths, golf, fishing, swimming and kayaking. Skärhamn with the Nordic Watercolor Museum, among other things, is about 8 km away. Stenungsund with good shopping is about 25 km away and Gothenburg with Liseberg, among other things, is about 65 km away.
