Just outside Åsarp, in a secluded location, is this newly built, lovely apartment that was completed in 2021. The apartment is located on the second floor in a garage/storage building on the property. The accommodation is suitable for an overnight stay or perhaps as a base if you want to visit the surrounding areas of Falbygden to the north and Ätradalen to the south. The location close to nature provides peace and quiet, while it is only 600 m to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

Experience the tranquility of nature, the bird life, the silence, the babbling brook, the rustling of the wind in the leafy forest, the grazing animals. With a little luck, you can see deer, moose, hare and fox. Stay in the spacious farmhouse building that has been carefully renovated with natural materials, everything from wood fiber insulation to linseed oil paint and paper wallpaper, yet equipped as a modern home. Stay in the large garden, hike in the forest, pick berries and mushrooms. Swim, fish, experience the winter with skiing both downhill and cross-country.

The farmhouse

Welcome to us in Björkestorp, located in beautiful Ätradalen. Experience the tranquility and the beautiful nature. The children have large green areas to play in. 1 large room with double bed and a sofa bed, 1 small bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Dalum facilities - disco golf course, Flatasjön with jetties/diving tower, gas station and Handlar'n. In Blidsberg there is Basta mill which, among other things, serves homemade gelato. The bike path between Ulricehamn and Falköping passes Dalum about 1 km from the farm.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Private accommodation in a rural setting with nature as your closest neighbour. Open landscape with beautiful views; enjoy the proximity of the forest and the silence. Relax for a while in the wood-fired sauna on the property or take a dip in the pond. There is the option of enjoying a cosy fire in the soapstone fireplace in the living room. The house is a year-round residence. About 12 kilometres to Ulricehamn, where beautiful Åsunden is located. The hosts live about 500 metres from the house.

Lillstugan

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just outside Timmele. With proximity to animals and nature and a living farm, you get a lovely relaxing holiday. In the nearby area, there are many hiking trails. Within about 10 km, you will find ski slopes with both downhill skiing, hiking and biking trails. Explore the city of Ulricehamn and its beautiful surroundings by Lake Åsunden. In Ulricehamn, you will find shopping, restaurants, swimming areas and the outdoor area Lassalyckan. The accommodation is smoke and pet free.

Farm in the countryside in Swedish idyll

The house is located in a meadow farm in the heart of the Swedish countryside. Experience total silence with nature just around the corner. Alternating landscapes with fields and pastures, winding roads, forests and lakes invite you to hike and explore. Opposite the house is Kärråkra Church, which has been featured in all the Änglagård films. The fields around the house are often visited by cows in the summer months. If desired, there is a farm shop (Duveredskött) with meat to buy only 6 km from the house.

19th-century cottage in scenic surroundings

The cottage from the 1800s is privately located in beautiful nature without neighbors. The cabin has been carefully renovated and has a new bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen with wood and electric stove, living room with sofa bed for two people, fireplace and a nice glass veranda. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds, only in summer. The house is suitable for 2 people in winter, possibly 3 when one sleeps in an extra bed The house is not rented out to companies/traveling staff

Welcome to this magical summer residence! A typical Swedish little red cottage which lies next to a small bird lake and with the Swedish forest surrounding the area. Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. Enjoy the new sauna with panoramic windows or take a hot bath in the wood-fired barrel right next to the lake. The hot tub is not open during the winter due to the water freezing, from November to March. The sauna is open all year round.

The house measures 90 square meters. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, hallway, bathroom with a shower, utility entrance with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor has a spacious living area, a large seating area, a desk and three single beds. The living area offers space for extra beds and there is also a separate bedroom. Guests have the option to bring their own horse; a stable stall and pasture are available.

Up in the garden overlooking Näs Manor and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic environment. The house, which is secluded, has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the meadows around the house, grazing animals walk in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön, which offers fantastic swimming. All our guests have access to barbecue, stand-up paddle boards and bicycles! In winter, you live 5 minutes' drive from the alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!

The accommodation offers a unique experience of relaxation by the lakeside, featuring a private sauna, hot tub, and a tranquil relaxation area right by the water with its own jetty. Just a few steps from the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip in the clear lake and then unwind in the warm jacuzzi. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿
