A small, fantastically cozy house that is well-planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

Room for 2+2 people. Room with two beds and extra loft 2 beds. High ladder. Not for small children and people with poor balance. Equipped spacious kitchen. Small simple outdated toilet with shower. Patio. Park in the yard or on the street.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Rent our pool house! Newly built "apartment" of about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and room with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bed linens and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bikes in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Huset finns på en av de många kulturhistorisk värdefulla gårdarna i den gamla stadsdelen Östanfors i Falun. 2 km till Lugnet (9 minuter med bil). 50 meter till vatten med möjlighet till dopp och intill ligger den mysiga parken Kålgården. Där finns sandstrand (inte officiell badplats), stor lekplats, beachvolleybollplan, grillplats, bord, bänkar, minigolf, boulebana, utegym och stor hundrastgård.

Huset är placerat på den lugnare sidan av stadion, vilket gör att du undviker det värsta trafiken vid tävlingarna. På gården finns hästar och katter.

Welcome to our detached cottage of 24 m² with its own terrace, located in a quiet residential area. The cottage is practically and comfortably furnished. Free parking 30 min to Romme Alpin. Bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed and coffee table, small folding dining table with 3 chairs, bathroom with toilet & shower. Kitchen. Fast Wi-Fi. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, hand towels are available, the guest makes their own. Cleaning is done by the guest.

Double bed on the sleeping loft and bunk bed that is best suited for children on the lower floor. Nice view of the lake. Eka is available to borrow. Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for SEK 25/set.

Denna boende är nära Lugnet 10 min promenad, 20 min promenad till sjukhuset och 20 promenad till centrum och 5 min promenad till närmaste matbutik.Parkering finns som är kostnadsfritt.Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.
