Das Chalet 2 bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einen Essbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Skiraum, eine Außensauna mit Ruhebereich im Freien. Im Carport kann ein Elektrofahrzeug aufgeladen werden. Alle Bereiche des Chalets stehen ausschliesslich unseren Gästen des Chalet 2 zur Verfügung. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi und 2 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Zugang zu Streaming-Angeboten (eigene Codes verwenden).

A cozy nest to enjoy small moments and to experience great adventures. Ideal location for for skiing, mountainbiking, hiking and relaxing. Close to the Brandnertal skiing & hiking resort and the Brandnertal Bikepark.

12erHuus Loft

Die ‚12er Loft‘ befindet sich im Obergeschoss des '12er Huus' und besticht durch einen großzügigen Wohnraum. Die hohen Räume, der sichtbare Dachstuhl und der Kaminofen bieten ein unvergleichbares Ambiente in heimeliger Atmosphäre. Die vollausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Getränkekühler. Die Wohnung bietet zwei Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine. Der überdachte Balkon mit Sitzlounge lädt dazu ein, die frische Bergluft und die Aussicht zu genießen.

The new flat promises peace and cleanliness. An ideal base for skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, mountain biking and hiking. Parking is available right outside the front door. When the snow conditions are good, small, romantic ski resorts such as Gurtis, Bazora and Tschardund can be reached in just a few minutes. The larger Brand ski area is 20 minutes away. The beautiful Montafon, Laternsertal or Arlberg are 30-50 minutes away. (Depending on the ski resort)

60 m² apartment for 4-6 people with terrace and garden access. The couch in the kitchen-living room can also be used as a comfortable double bed. A large dining table also invites you to a larger round. The two bedrooms are each furnished with comfortable double beds. The bathroom with shower and toilet are spatially separated. Free Wi-Fi, a TV, Bose sound system and an underground parking space with e-mobility directly under the apartment are available.

Alpenstolz #4.13 Comfort

Our apartments Comfort keep what they promise: comfortable, spacious apartments with terrace, furnished with great attention to detail. The cosy living area offers plenty of space for sociabledinners, as well as for relaxing hours with family or friends. There is enough storage space in the apartments, the Alpenstolz Damüls has a separate ski storage room and bicycle room. The apartment #4.13 on the top floor has an east-facing terrace on the street side.

12erHuus Residence

The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sports depot (skis, bikes) and a charging station for the e-mobile. Enjoy the great view and the fresh mountain air to the fullest on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the evening.

Alte Sennerei Lechleiten

The Alte Sennerei Lechleiten is a lovingly renovated holiday home for ideally 6 but a maximum of 10 people. The partly over 400-year-old house, which was originally used to produce dairy products, has been extensively renovated, with the result being a feel-good oasis of modern comfort and rustic coziness. We would like to rent our house to considerate guests who appreciate this gem.

Life Arlberg! Welcome to the new family apartment house "Am Gehren" in Warth. The house is situated in a quite lonely surrounding near to an wild river. You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
