Bright and airy cottage with modern interior in peaceful village just 3 miles from Southwold. Situated off the A12 for easy access to RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich and the Norfolk Broads and only 1 mile from Latitude music festival. Our popular "gastropub" local is only 100m from your door, and a well-stocked village shop with Suffolk-sourced produce and all the essentials is just opposite. Come back to the wood burner in the autumn and winter and a lovely meal cooked for you at the Queens Head just 10 minutes walk away. Our Cottage is pet friendly for one dog, please add this when you make your booking. Due to the authentic nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm with its Suffolk brick flooring.

You will be well looked after staying with us. Our Annex proves very popular with travellers seeking sparkling clean, modern details with all the necessary touches to make a comfortable bolt hole holiday, ten minutes walk from Southwold’s beaches and high street. We can accommodate 2 adults in the main bedroom and a further two guests in the living space, in two sofa beds (one small double and one single). A high chair/travel cot can be provided.

Featuring a spacious wet room with shower, loo and basin. Views over a lake on Henham Park which is on Suffolk's coast near Southwold and Aldeburgh. Access to the park is not possible unfortunately due to farming and event commitments.

Located only 3 miles from Southwold and Walberswick this is an ideal place for couples and small families to explore the area. The stairs in the property are steep and turn a corner so may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The ceilings are low in some areas.
