Very close to town. Comfy. Beach access.

Uno de los mejores edificios en Tucacas es Nautilus Park, ya que tiene un area de piscina bastante grande con Tobogan. Ubicado diagonal al Luxor y a tan solo 5 min del pueblo de Tucacas. El edificio tiene planta eléctrica que solo alimenta areas comunes. También posee Tanque pero hay racionamiento depende de la temporada, para esto tenemos Tanque Cilindro dentro del apto. Aqui no cobran extra para usar las parrilleras, y los brazaletes son solo $2 mientras que en otros cobran $5.

Relax with all family or friends in this comfortable and cute apartment with one of the best and beautiful facilities on site, privileged location, in the main thoroughfare, close to supermarket, Farmatodo, restaurants and boats. NOTE. When making the reservation you must send me details of the guests to complete the security form, you must cancel 5$ per guest will give you bracelets (this is clearly from the administration of the set and you cancel it in the main office)

What makes this place special is that it makes you feel right at your beach home. WE HAVE ELECTRONIC BACKUP THROUGH BATTERIES WITH INVERTER. (only for the apartment) The residential complex does not have an electrical plant WE DO not ACCEPT CASH OR BSF PAYMENTS, ONLY MEANS OF APPLICATION PAYMENTS. (DO not INSIST) THE CONDOMINIUM CHARGES $10 PER PERSON FOR A POOL AREA USE BRACELET (children from 3 years old pay) not included in the price of the reservation.

Beach getaway: comfort and amazing views

Relajase con toda su familia en este tranquilo apartamento, contamos con la comodidad necesaria, una hermosa vista y excelente ubicación. Acá encontraras 3 habitaciones, 2 baños full , cocina full equipada, lavadora-secadora, un comedor con una vista inigualable, piscina, jacuzzi, acceso a la playa , actividades en la arena como beach tennis , bolas criollas y volleyball. El conjunto cuenta con parrillera en el area de la piscina y la terraza.
