Cozy, fully-equipped one-story house, located a few meters from the beach and steps from the main square. It has a hot water tub, kitchen, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a gazebo, and parking. In addition, exclusive access to the swimming pool area with a slide (Summer season only, with COVID restrictions), soccer fields, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts in the complex. Pingueral, it is possible to enjoy beaches, forests, lagoon, river, native flora and fauna, traditional gastronomy.

Cabin in Playa Pudá

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place, steps from the beach, surrounded by forests and countryside. Our cabin is equipped for 6 people. Pudá Beach, with white sand ideal for sunbathing, fishing, taking pictures, walking. There are three other smaller beaches within a six-kilometer stretch, but they are ideal for exploring. 7 kilometers from Pingueral and Dichato. The cabin has a tinaja that you can use for an additional fee, we can agree on it internally.

Caracola, a cozy cabin with a 180° ocean view

A loft-style cabin that allows you to rest and disconnect amid native trees and a spectacular view of Concepción Bay. Located on a rocky outcrop between the large and small coves of Cocholgue, to access it you must go down a passage and up a ladder. The journey is very short and simple, but not suitable for people with limited mobility. It is an ideal place for those who want to live a unique experience, where the sea and its sunsets are the protagonists.

A nice, spacious house two blocks from the beach. We have an outdoor hot tub (the one in the cover photo) 3x2 for 10 people where you can relax for 4 hours from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Additional cost $25,000 per day. Fully equipped house for 10 people. Includes Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer-dryer, large fridge, charcoal barbecue, covered barbecue area and large terrace. Pets are allowed. Sheets and towels are included. Slow-burning stove (firewood included)

Su acceso es fácil, los colectivos te dejan frente a la puerta. Tiene una estufa que calienta muy bien el lugar en invierno. vienen muchas mujeres solas o con su hijo pequeño y se sienten tranquilas y seguras.
