It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We've been hosting on Airbnb for years, renting out the loft of our own home. Since we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with more privacy, since we've always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and love. We hope you like it!

Spectacular estate on the outskirts of Madrid. 30,000 meters, with a swimming pool and private tennis court. Large tree mass. With a winery. It's a property with lots of nooks and crannies and surprises. A perfect place to rest from a busy life. The villa has 3 double rooms in a suite. And 2 rooms for 4 people. A very spacious living room with a fireplace. Gazebo next to the barbecue and beer tap. Located in Méntrida. Close to Madrid and Toledo. Many nature activities to do.
