Very spacious, 100 m2, new and rural 4-person apartment. All on the ground floor. Only 20 km from Schiphol, all major cities and De Keukenhof. Located next to Natura 2000 Nieuwkoopse Plassen. Success assured for outdoor activities, cycling, swimming, boating, paddle boarding, hiking and relaxing. The apartment is located on an old farmyard where there is also a cozy inn. The pizza oven is regularly fired up, and you can join in. Of course, our farm animals also live on the premises.

Adjacent to 60 hectares of nature reserve, the Reeuwijk lakes in front of the door, and the train station is a 10-minute bike ride away. There are country shops in the area and shopping centers in beautiful Gouda, all 15 minutes away by bike. The house is spacious with 2 bedrooms, a study, games room, TV room, kitchen, living room, 2 toilets, bathroom, dressing room and multiple terraces.

We turned an old barn into a nice new place that is fully equipped. Plenty of privacy and you can enjoy the greenery undisturbed here. Do you choose laze in the lounge set or hammock? A snack and a drink at one of the picnic tables? Read a book in the greenhouse or the terrace under the fruit trees? Or rather stroll the trails around the pond? It's all allowed! Oudewater is also very centrally located, so an ideal starting point to discover the whole of the Netherlands!

Fantastic lake house on the waterfront

A modernized (2019/20), very attractive holiday home (approx. 55 m²) located directly on the Elfhoeven lake in the Reeuwijkse Plassen area. You can enjoy walking, cycling and swimming here. The cottage has a dishwasher, oven, WiFi, air conditioning, electric fireplace, TV and extra long beds (210 cm). The spacious garden has lovely seating areas and a wide jetty. Bbq, 3p canoe and surf/supboard are available for guests. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are included.

Cozy house on the Reeuwijkse Plassen/Gouda

My house is cozy and cozy. A large sofa with lots of pillows, an American fridge and an open kitchen. A beautiful dining room table with comfortable chairs and a super nice bathroom with a bathtub and romantic lighting. The bed is king-sized 2.10 m with a lovely mattress. Lots of candles , lights and details with natural colours and materials. You will definitely feel at home there! At the back is a very large parking lot where you can park the car for free.
