It is a quiet, calm, safe garden floor in the site consisting of four blocks built in 2015 in accordance with the earthquake regulations. Please do not smoke in the house and do not disturb the neighbors at night. It is very close to Umurca Park and is on a flat land.

On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a terrace with a Lebiderya sea view for your exclusive use The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people), bathroom/WC, open kitchen, and balcony. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.
