Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. It is the main house, which after several modernizations is now rented out in the coming season to holiday guests.

We have a lovely apartment in connection with our farm. It is 60 m2 and has a kitchen-bath, bedroom, TV wifi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 smaller children. We are close to Vejlby Fed beach Our wilderness food can be used for a fee of DKK 300 or EUR 40. The bath can be used several times for the price. A light cleaning is required upon departure. If guests do not wish to clean themselves, they can choose to pay a cleaning fee of DKK 400.

From the cottage, there is a sea view to the south. Only 25 meters from the cabin there are views of Æbelø. From the living room you can watch the sunset, and from the bedroom you can watch the sunrise. It is 100 meters to the water and 300 meters to the ebb road to Æbelø. The grounds are 223 m2, and there is parking on the lawn.
