A fully equipped kitchen, a modern shower and a toilet are at your service. The house features two functioning masonry stoves that will keep you warm on cold evenings, and a spacious bed. Around the house, there is a spacious courtyard with a recreation area, a vegetable garden with delicacies, and a fire pit.

My native village

A colourful studio house with a garden in vibrant Medvyn. Located in a quiet street with good neighbours. Suitable for families. The studio is divided into two parts with a double bed and a single bed. The supermarket is a 7-minute walk away, and the village centre is a 15-minute walk away. There are 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, an outpatient clinic, a pizzeria, a coffee shop, and a youth centre in the village. Every Saturday, there is a market in the centre where you can buy home-grown vegetables, dairy products, meat and delicacies.

From the terrace of the cottage at the top, there is an amazing view of the slopes of Mykolaivka and our estate, Mykolaivski Terasy. This is the first Ukrainian house that we have restored. We love to receive guests bcs we travel a lot ourselves. ... We inherited the house from our grandmother. Made of clay and wood, it is warm in winter and cool in summer. Our House is for those who want silence, the murmur of the river, fresh air and delicious rural food. This is a big city detox. I am a professional guide and I ll organize excursions, outdoor activities and unusual walks. If you want to sculpt from clay, draw, play musical instruments, and even weave, then you should come to us!

Lisova Kazka Eco-Farm

The accommodation we provide to guests is a traditional mud house, but with all the modern amenities. The interior and the entire space of the estate is a living handmade creation made of wood and clay. Wood in the interior can make any space calm, relaxing, and even meditative. It absorbs the overflowing energy, anger and anxiety, restoring the natural balance of body and soul. And clay, a natural healer, has a healing effect. There is a wood-burning adobe bath.

The apartment is spacious, cozy, clean, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The rooms are isolated. One room has a double bed, the other has a double sofa. There is also a baby cot. We provide linens and towels. The apartment is warm (individual heating system), hot water is constantly available. For free use of Wi-Fi guests.
