The house is on the beach 300 meters NORTH of Morerè, 700 meters from the tractor point, 6 km south of the small village of Velha Boipeba. It has a beautiful white sand beach in front, protected by the reef, with natural pools. The place is very beautiful and preserved, and the sea is in front of the gate of the 20,000-sq.m private tropical garden. You can go out to one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. It has Wi-Fi. There is a caretaker who can help with the various services, etc. No air-conditioning, it has 3 ceiling fans and some table fans.

As well as being incredibly charming, the house is in a prime location in the centre of the village of Moreré, 100 metres (2 minutes) on foot from the beach, and close to small supermarkets and beach bars. It gets up to 4 people and is especially PERFECT for a couple. The area is very quiet and secluded, yet located in the centre of the village. Best combination of beach house and modernity/comfort. The 15,000 m2 area has 7 dwellings, all well spaced, which guarantees plenty of privacy. It is ideal for couples, families and groups seeking contact with nature in a unique experience with the local fauna and flora. It accommodates up to 6 people and has a bedroom and mezzanine, a bathroom and kitchen. We have our library, Wi-Fi and pets are welcome, as long as you let us know in advance

Chalé Caju in Boipeba, close to the sea.

On an island that does not have a car, there is the small chalet, close to the beach (3 min. walk) and also close to the village (15 min.). It is on a cul-de-sac surrounded by lush vegetation, next to a permanent preservation area, with few houses around and where public lighting has not yet arrived (but we put lights on the street). Everything is still rustic! An opportunity for you to explore the richness of the island's ecosystem and enjoy the gentle trails to the beaches of Tassirim, Cueira and Moreré.

The chalet has a kitchen, bathroom, and a mezzanine with a double mattress and a fan. The chalet is made of 100% recycled wood. Because Boipeba is a place with a nearby forest, we bear the consequence of having to deal with many mosquitoes. The chalet has a mosquito net and also a fan. But because it is a chalet with gaps, it is recommended to use repellent when in the kitchen and also in the hammock. THE SHOWER IS NOT ELECTRIC. Allow yourself and be open to new experiences. ✨
