Sur 38m2, profitez d'un salon avec clic clac très confortable, plus TV et une cuisine équipée avec lave vaisselle, four à micro ondes, mini four...donnant sur une terrasse plein sud avec salon de jardin et 2 transats. A l'arrière se trouve la chambre donnant sur une loggia fermée, qui s'ouvre sur un balcon avec une table. SDB avec sèche serviettes et lave linge.

Our apartment is located in the Boisvinet district ( Quiet and family-friendly). The residence is located opposite the beach of Boisvinet. Comfortably installed on your terrace, you will enjoy the sun and a beautiful view of the ocean and the entrance to the port. Ideal location to discover Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and the Vendee corniche on foot or by bike. Caution: Rehabilitation work at the residence from March to the end of June. No work in July and August.
